In addition to being an accomplished photographer, Tim is also
considered to be a master printmaker. Steeped in the tradition
and techniques of the masters, he would spend days in the darkroom,
crafting fine black and white silver prints. The search for the
apex of quality and control has lead Tim to the latest digital
processes. Working with only archival materials, Tim has been
able to expand his photographic vision while maintaining the highest
degree of Photographic standards.
Tim uses Adobe Photoshop CS on an Apple laptop to edit all of
his images. Printing with an Epson 7600 with Ultrachrome Inks
and the Epson 1280 with Piezography Selenium Tone Inks, Tim is
able to create archival heirloom prints that are the longest lasting
prints available today. His paper of choice for its smooth surface,
deep blacks and its sense of depth is Hahnemühle Photo Rag. |
